Two costumed super beauties battle with bondage in this fast-paced gag-fest which is edited like a TV pilot. Ultra Girl takes on the beautiful but crafty Madame X in an attempt to retrieve stolen plans for a new government weapon. Madame X springs a trap for the spunky superheroine and chloroforms her from behind while fondling her plump breasts. Ultra Girl is put through several bondage scenes and each time she eventually escapes and attacks the evil mistress with her own chloroform. Madame X also spends some time bound and gagged, while being fondled and tormented by Ultra Girl. The costumed cutie looks for the military plans but Madame X gets free and stalks her until she is able to make her move. Ultra Girl grapples with Madame X for control of the sleep spray but only one will win. After a while of binding and gagging the two unmask each other in separate scenes and eventually end up chloroforming each other AT THE SAME TIME in a battle of wills. When the big boss shows up to collect the military plans he finds both girls passed out together so he binds them, strips off their tops, and tightly gags them as each one wakes. He decides to double-cross Madame X and leaves both girls to battle it out while bound together (there is some great gagged-protesting here as well as a 'gag-debate' as each girl blames the other for their predicament). Who will win out in the end?
